Cancellation Policy
Dragon Martial Arts Membership Terms & Cancellation Policy At Dragon Martial Arts, our memberships operate on a month-to-month basis with automatic renewal. We are committed to creating an excellent training experience and ask that members help us maintain class quality and scheduling by providing advance notice of any changes. Cancellation Policy To cancel your membership, we require a 30-day written notice. This allows us to manage class sizes, adjust instructor schedules, and open up space for new students. You will be billed for one final month after your notice is submitted. You are welcome and encouraged to continue attending classes during the final 30 days. Verbal cancellations, texts, or simply stopping attendance do not qualify as official notice.
