The following Billing, Attendance & Membership Policy applies to all members, students, families, and organizations receiving services from Dragon Martial Arts.

Any invoice not paid within three (3) calendar days will be considered past due.

Continued non-payment may result in collections or legal action where permitted by law.
3. Class Attendance & Notice of Absence
Dragon Martial Arts understands that vacations, family obligations, school activities, and unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require a student to miss classes.
To help us plan instruction and maintain accurate class rosters, members are required to provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice of any planned absence from classes whenever reasonably possible.
Notice should be submitted in writing by email, through the member portal (if applicable), or directly to Dragon Martial Arts management.
Emergencies and unexpected illnesses will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Members wishing to cancel their membership or services must provide at least thirty (30) days' written noticeprior to their desired cancellation date.
Cancellation notices must be submitted in writing and will become effective thirty (30) days after Dragon Martial Arts receives the notice.
Tuition and any applicable membership fees remain the responsibility of the member during the 30-day notice period.
Verbal requests to cancel will not be accepted unless confirmed in writing.
5. Membership Tuition
Tuition payments are expected to be made on or before their scheduled due date.
Members with overdue balances may have their training privileges suspended until their account is brought current.
Membership obligations remain in effect according to the signed membership agreement and this policy.
